Reckonable service as an office-holder

A period for which an office-holder member makes scheme member contributions from salary payments in respect of office-holder salary is a period of reckonable service as an office-holder.

An individual's “reckonable service as an office-holder” means the total of—

a

the period described in rule 34(1) or (if more than one) the total of such periods, and

b

any amount by which that period is increased under Part N (transfers) or Part O (added years).
