Validity of actings S

12 S The validity of any proceedings or actings of the [F1 SCTS] is not affected by—

(a) any vacancy in the membership of the [F1 SCTS],

(b) any defect in the appointment of a member of the [F1 SCTS], or

(c) disqualification of any person from holding office as a member of the [F1 SCTS].
