15(1)The [F1SCTS] may do anything which it considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of or in connection with its functions.S
(2)In particular, the [F1SCTS] may—
(a)acquire and dispose of land and other property,
(b)enter into contracts,
(c)provide information and advice.
