123 Meaning of “premises” S

In this Act—

• “premises” includes—

  (a)

  any land or building; or

  (b)

  any other place, including—

  (zi)

  [F1 a tent or other moveable structure,]

  (i)

  a mobile home; F2 ...

  (ii)

  a vehicle [F3 , and

  (iii)

  an offshore installation (within the meaning given by regulation 3 of the Offshore Installations and Pipeline Works (Management and Administration) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/738)).]

• “mobile home” [F4 includes] a caravan [F5 or houseboat] used as a dwelling; and

• “vehicle” includes any vessel, aircraft or hovercraft.
