The Titles to Land Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1868 (c. 101) S

3 S In section 3 of the Titles to Land Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1868 (definitions), in the definition of the “deed” and “conveyance”—

(a) after “adjudged” insert “ in implement ”; and

(b) after “adjudication”, where it third occurs, insert “ in implement ”.
