In section 11 (creditor’s oath)—
a
in subsection (1), for “petition by a debtor” substitute “debtor application”; and
b
in subsection (4)—
i
for “court to which” substitute “sheriff to whom”; and
ii
after “presented” insert “or, in the case of a creditor concurring in a debtor application, the Accountant in Bankruptcy”.
