(2)In section 30 of that Act (exemptions in relation to fish farming)—
(a)in subsection (1)—
(i)after “(c),” insert “6, 8,”,
(ii)for “and 22(1)” substitute “, 22(1) and 23”,
(b)in subsection (5), after “17(2)(b),” insert “17B(3)(b),”.
