8(1)The Commission may do anything which appears necessary or expedient for the purpose of, or in connection with, or which appears conducive to, the exercise of its functions.S
(2)In particular, the Commission may—
(a)enter into contracts, and
(b)with the consent of the Parliamentary corporation, acquire and dispose of land.
