18In this schedule, a “relevant power” is a power—
(a)conferred on an inspector by—
(i)a provision of this schedule, or
(ii)a warrant granted under a provision of this schedule,
(b)conferred on a constable by—
(i)a provision of this schedule except paragraph 16, or
(ii)a warrant granted under a provision of this schedule.
