The following orders are revoked—

b
the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Amendment Order 2002 (S.S.I. 2002/161), and
c
the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Amendment Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/463).
