10SIn subsection (1) of section 2 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (local authorities to whom a duty to publish information applies), for paragraph (h) substitute—
“(h)a joint fire and rescue board constituted by an amalgamation scheme under section 2 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5);”.
