5SIn section 24 (bail and bail conditions)—
(a)in subsection (5)(a), at the end insert “ or at which he is required by this Act to appear ”,
(b)after subsection (6) insert—
“(6A)Subsection (6) above does not apply in relation to an accused admitted to bail under section 65(8C) of this Act.”.
