In section 18 (reallotment of real burden by nomination of new dominant tenement)—
a
in subsection (1), at the beginning there shall be inserted “
Without prejudice to sections 18A to 18C of this Act,
”

in subsection (6), at the beginning there shall be inserted “
Subject to subsection (6A) below,
”

after subsection (6) there shall be inserted—
6A
Such compliance as is mentioned in subsection (6) above shall not be effective to preserve any right to enforce a manager burden (“manager burden” being construed in accordance with section 63(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 9)).

in subsection (7)(b)(i), after the word “right” there shall be inserted “
(other than any sporting rights, as defined by section 65A(9) of this Act)
”
