2 S In section 1(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947, after paragraph (d) there is inserted—

“(e) by the Scottish Ministers under section 35 or 72 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 2);”.
