I1280Restriction of Scottish Ministers' power to delegate management of state hospitals
In section 102 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (c. 29) (provision and management of state hospitals)—
a
in subsection (4), paragraph (a) and the word “or” immediately following it; and
b
subsection (5),
shall cease to have effect.
