11 S In paragraph 4(6) of schedule 7 to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (power of Scottish Ministers to remove director, trustee, etc. of a registered social landlord), for the words “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984 (c. 36)” substitute “ Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 13) ”.
