11 Variation of rent by Land Court S

Where it appears to the Land Court, in determining any matter in relation to a limited duration tenancy [F2 , a modern limited duration tenancy or a repairing tenancy] by virtue of section 13 [F3 , 16, 16A or 16B] , that it is equitable that the rent payable under the lease should be varied, it may vary the rent accordingly.
