SCHEDULE S Amendments to enactments

31 S In section 50 (determination of claims for compensation where holding is divided)—

(a) for the word “arbiter” in each place where it appears there is substituted “ Land Court ”;

(b) for the word “award” there is substituted “ determination ”; and

(c) for the word “he” there is substituted “ it ”.
