SCHEDULE Amendments to enactments

The 1991 Act

19 In section 20 (removal of tenant for non-payment of rent)—

(a) in subsection (1), for “sheriff court” there is substituted “Land Court”;

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) for “sheriff” there is substituted “Land Court”; and

(ii) for “his” there is substituted “its”; and

(c) subsection (4) is repealed.
