7 S In section 10 (compensation for damage resulting from exercise of powers)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(ii) after “them” insert “ or it ”,

(iii) after “their” insert “ or its ”,

(b) in subsection (1A)—

(i) for “a water authority’s” substitute “ Scottish Water’s ”,

(ii) for “them” substitute “ it ”.
