51 S In section 76C (offence of supplying water unfit for human consumption)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “a water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(ii) for “the authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(b) in subsection (2), for “the water authority” in both places where the expression occurs substitute “ Scottish Water ”.
