Section 76B (regulations for preserving water quality) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—
a
for “a water authority” in both places where the expression occurs substitute “Scottish Water”,

for “that authority” in each place where the expression occurs substitute “Scottish Water”.

for “water authorities” in each place where the expression occurs substitute “Scottish Water”,
