49 (1) Section 76A (duties of water authorities with respect to water quality) is amended as follows. S

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “a water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(b) for “that authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “a water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(b) for “the authority’s” substitute “ Scottish Water’s ”.

(4) In subsection (3)—

(a) for “a water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(b) for “the authority’s” in both places where the expression occurs substitute “ Scottish Water’s ”,

(c) for “the authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”.

(5) In subsection (4)—

(a) for “a water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,
