35 S In section 53(1) (provision as to supply to tents, vans, sheds, etc.)—

(a) for “a water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(b) in paragraph (a)—

(i) for “the authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(ii) for “them” in each place where it occurs substitute “ it ”,

(c) in paragraph (b), for “the authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”.
