14 S Action taken by a Health Board in the exercise of its functions under regulations made under section [F1 17P], 25(2), 26(2) or 27(2) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (c.29) by virtue of section 17 of the Health and Medicines Act 1988 (c.49).
