a
the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/539),
b
the Poultry Meat, Farmed Game Birds Meat and Rabbit Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/540), or
c
the Wild Game Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/2148),
any of whose members was appointed by the Secretary of State for Scotland or by a member of the Scottish Executive.
