In section 50 of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980 (power to require supply by meter)—

in paragraph (b), the words “, nursing home" are repealed; and
b
after that paragraph, there is inserted—

accommodation provided by a care home service (as defined by section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8);
