PART 4 TRANSFERRED LIFE PRISONERS

Notwithstanding paragraph 51 above, an existing transferred life prisoner—
a
who has not, under paragraph 54 above, waived the entitlement to a hearing; or
b
who has not served the part of the sentence specified in the certificate referred to in sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph 57 below issued in respect of that prisoner,
may refer his or her case for a hearing under paragraph 59 below.
