4In section 8(7) (savings) of the Land Tenure Reform (Scotland) Act 1974, for “secure tenancy within the meaning of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987” substitute “Scottish secure tenancy within the meaning of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 10)”.
