5 Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (c.8)

In section 27 (completion of proceedings after retirement) of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993, in subsection (3), after paragraph (f) there is inserted—
ff
a part-time sheriff;

In Schedule 5 (retirement provisions: the relevant offices) to that Act, the words “or temporary sheriff” are repealed.
