The enactments specified in the left hand column of schedule 4 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the right hand column.

The repeal of section 39 (meaning of pecuniary interests) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (c.65) does not, however, extend to that section as it has effect for the purposes of section 68(1) (disclosure by local government officers of their pecuniary interests) of that Act.
