Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 (c. 3)

38 In section 56(3) (interpretation of expressions relating to land in Scotland), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) “rights of ownership” means the rights—

(i) of an owner; or

(ii) of a tenant under a lease;”.
