Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 (c.3) S

38 In section 56(3) (interpretation of expressions relating to land in Scotland), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) “rights of ownership” means the rights—

(i) of an owner; or

(ii) of a tenant under a lease;”.
