In section 11 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 (accounts and annual reports of Scottish Homes)—
a
in subsection (3), the words from “on or” to “any year” are repealed, and for “Comptroller and Auditor General” substitute “Auditor General for Scotland for auditing”,
b
subsection (4) is repealed,
c
in subsection (5), the words “or the Comptroller and Auditor General” are repealed.
