8In Schedule 1 to the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Functions and Responsibilities) (Wales) Regulations 2007 (functions not to be the responsibility of an authority’s executive), in Part G (power to promote or oppose private Bills), in the second column of the table, for “Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 2013” substitute “Democracy and Boundary Commission Cymru etc. Act 2013”.
