Regulations under this Act are to be made by the Welsh Ministers.

A power to make regulations under this Act—
a
is exercisable by statutory instrument, and
b
includes power to make different provision for different purposes.

A statutory instrument containing regulations made under this Act may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
I112Coming into force
This Act comes into force on 1 December 2020.

The short title of this Act is the Wild Animals and Circuses (Wales) Act 2020.
