51Entry of rights appurtenant to land.N.I.
Where, on an application by the registered owner or other person entitled, the title to any right, privilege or appurtenance belonging, appurtenant or attached to any registered land is proved to the satisfaction of the Registrar, he shall make an entry in the[F1 title register] showing the existence of such right, privilege or appurtenance.
