13Classes of title with which owner may be registered.

On first registration of the ownership of a freehold estate, a person may be registered with—
a
an absolute title; or
b
a good fee farm grant title; or
c
a possessory title; or
d
a qualified title.

On first registration of the ownership of a leasehold estate, a person may be registered with—
a
an absolute title; or
b
a good leasehold title; or
c
a possessory title; or
d
a qualified title.
