15(1)Where a person who holds a licence dies, the licence shall enure for the benefit of his personal representative or of any person beneficially interested in his estate until the expiration of—N.I.
(a)a period of two months from his death; or
(b)such longer period as the Ministry may allow;
unless it expires or is revoked before the expiration of that period.
(2)Where the licence in question stands suspended under paragraph 6, the reference in sub-paragraph (1) to the licence enuring shall be construed as a reference to its enuring as a suspended licence.
