12Rights for enforcement of rentcharges.N.I.

(1)Notwithstanding anything in section 13 the rule against perpetuities shall not apply to any powers or remedies for recovering or compelling the payment of an annual sum to which section 44 of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1881 [1881 c.41] and section 6 of the Conveyancing Act 1911 [1911 c.37] apply, or otherwise becoming exercisable or enforceable on the breach of any condition or other requirement relating to that sum.
