166Definitions for purposes of Part XI.N.I.
(1)In this Part—
“authorised person” means[F1 (except where otherwise provided)] a person being—
(a)a member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, or
(b)an officer appointed by the Ministry, or
(c)an officer of the Board, or
(d)a private water bailiff;
“officer of the Board” means[F1 the Chief Executive of the Board or,] an inspector or water bailiff appointed by the Board;
