166Definitions for purposes of Part XI.

In this Part—
“authorised person” meansF1 (except where otherwise provided) a person being—
- a
a member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, or
- b
an officer appointed by the Ministry, or
- c
an officer of the Board, or
- d
a private water bailiff;
- a
“officer of the Board” meansF1 the Chief Executive of the Board or, an inspector or water bailiff appointed by the Board;
