N.I. Regulation of sales of Seeds and Seed Potatoes

3 Offences connected with seeds regulations. N.I.

(1) If any person—

(a) includes in a statutory statement anything which is false in a material particular, or

(b) contravenes any provision contained in seeds regulations [F1 he shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F2 level 5 on the standard scale]].
