Marketing of Potatoes Act (Northern Ireland) 1964

15 Savings. N.I.

(1) Except to such extent as may be prescribed, the provisions of this Act shall not apply to—

(c) potatoes sent by post.

(2) The provisions of this Act shall be without prejudice to the provisions of the[F1 Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967]F1 and to the functions of the Ministry and local authorities under those Acts.
