11Power of Ministry to make regulations.N.I.
(1)The Ministry may make regulations prescribing anything which, under this Act, may be prescribed and providing for any matter in respect of which regulations may be made under this Act and generally for carrying this Act into effect.
(2)Regulations made under section 15(1) shall be subject to affirmative resolution and all other regulations made under this Act shall be subject to negative resolution.
