1(1)A parliamentary election court shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, have the same powers, jurisdiction and authority as a judge of the High Court, and shall be a court of record.N.I.
(2)A local election court shall have the same powers, jurisdiction and authority as a parliamentary election court.
