This scheme may from time to time be altered by the Ministry of Finance upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Governors by way of a resolution passed at a meeting summoned for the purpose, at which not less than four Governors shall be present, or upon an application specifying the general nature of the alterations required being made by the Diocesan Council, provided that no alteration shall be made contrary to anything contained in the Educational Endowments (Ireland) Act, 1885.” |
