3Revocation and suspension of licences.
The Ministry may revoke or suspend a licence by reason—
a
of the non-compliance of the licence-holder with any condition attached thereto; or
b
that the licence-holder has been convicted of an offence against this Act, or under any other enactment relating to the regulation of slaughter-houses.
