PART VII N.I. POWERS OF AUTHORISED PERSONS

54 Appointment of inspectors and river watchers. N.I.

(1) The Commission may by instrument under its common seal appoint a person to be—

(a) an inspector, or

(b) a [F1 fishery officer],

and may revoke such instrument.

(2) An instrument under this section shall not be subject to stamp duty.
