14Power of Northern Ireland Housing Executive to enter on land.N.I.
For the purpose of its powers and duties under the Housing Acts the Northern Ireland Housing TrustF1 shall have and may exercise in relation to any land in Northern Ireland the like powers as a sanitary authority may exercise in relation to any land under or by virtue of section two hundred and seventy-oneF2 of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878 [1878 c.52] , as amended by Part II of this Act.
